As an Enterprise architect I take the company’s business strategy and define an IT systems architecture to support that strategy, to do so, I work with stakeholders, leadership and subject matter experts, to build a holistic view of the organization’s strategy, processes, information, and information technology assets.

My role is to take this knowledge and ensure that the business and IT are in alignment. I link the business mission, strategy and processes of the organization to its IT strategy, and document this using multiple architectural models or views that show how the current and future needs of the organization will be met in an efficient, sustainable, agile, and adaptable manner.

I would operate across organizational and computing “silos” to drive common approaches and expose information assets and processes across the enterprise. My goal is to deliver an architecture that supports the most efficient and secure IT environment meeting the company’s business needs.

I can successfully allow both the Business and the IT strategies to drive each other to achieve competitive advantage through information technology.

I have demonstrated my managerial skills, built on a foundation of continuing hands-on experience with the implementation, design and support of various complex multi-tiered network infrastructures.

My vision and goal-orientation with experience in planning, developing and implementing cutting edge technology solutions which address firm needs and increases business opportunities and productivity.

I also develop strategic plans for implementation and operation of client services, product support, quality assurance and training programs also like to initiate and enforce strict budgetary controls.

Skilled at reassessing company needs and promoting growth. Adept at risk management, business continuity, disaster recovery, trouble-shooting, problem-solving, and negotiating.

Experienced in joint application development, bench marking, capacity planning, project management and resource allocation also specialize in building superior teams which support and enhance all areas of IT operations.

Willing to take risks and able to sell new technological strategies. Excellent communications skills supported by an ability to explain complex technology in plain English without the need for unnecessary technical jargon.

I believe that my experience and exposure to the consulting, has greatly enhanced my overall technology knowledge and my experience in project management has been extremely helpful in all of these different disciplines.
